St. Andrews Manor – A History
The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for St. Andrews Manor dated November 26, 2014, was recorded on December 4, 2014, in the Official Record Book of Brevard County Public Records and the Saw Grass Land Development Company, LLC officially began developing what we know today as St. Andrews Manor. Initially, there were only two builders, Vintage Estate Homes, and Diprima Homes, a third builder, Signature Homes was added later. The streets in the community were named after castles in Scotland correlating to the community name. The initial model homes were constructed and completed by early spring of 2015 and the community was truly underway. On July 2, 2015 the first resident home was completed and closed and the community has flourished ever since with an average of 4 homes a month being constructed. A total of 204 homes will reside in this picturesque community upon completion.
